7 Daily habits that will improve your life.

  1. Nourish your body with healthy foods, more veggies and less processed food.
  2. Move your body every 30 minutes especially if you have a desk job and find yourself sitting all day.
  3. Breathe well, focus on your breathing and techniques you will be surprised how it can calm the body and how you feel more alert.
  4. Engage your brain, in a puzzle or book that will challenge you or learn something new.
  5. Plan your day, if you have a planned day, you may find your day will run smoother with less Kaos.
  6. Reflect, what you are grateful for, how something could have gone better or your focus on feelings and emotions in certain situation and how maybe you could have done something different for a better outcome.
  7. Prioritize Sleep, it’s so very important and it’s easy to get distracted with being so busy. Make sure to put that device down an hour before bed.
