This January I encourage you to try the 10 minute reset. What is the 10 minute reset? The 10 minute reset is where you put your energy and well being on track to a more productive and happier you.

Use these daily practices to get back on track!

  1. Set a timer for 10 minutes
  2. Put down a yoga mat or blanket
  3. Listen to soothing music, a guided meditation, or nothing at all
  4. Give yourself 10 minutes of undivided attention with no expectations
  5. Finish your day with more energy, patients, and grace

Try this for 21 days and see if you notice a difference.
