- Keep moving! It’s cold outside I get it but if you stop moving and fall into a bad pattern it’s going to be harder for you to become more active in the spring. Keep moving all winter to keep your energy up and stress down.
- Plan time for yourself! 10-20 minutes a day dedicated to you can make all the difference in the world to reflect on what you need and what you need to remove from your life.
