Did you know that stretching has great and many benefits! Not only can it improve your posture but stretching can release pent up emotions stored in the body form stress or trauma. Stretching for as little as 10-20 minutes a day can change feeling in you muscles, mood and emotions. So next time you are feeling restless take a minute to stop and stretch and see how you feel after that. Or if you are looking for more I encourage you to find a local yoga studio in your area and take a class or two, you might be surprised how yoga and stretching can change your day to day life.
