I would like to update you all with what is new with Grounded Wellness. Grounded Wellness is downsizing our space. We are still located at 315 First ave in Spruce Grove. We will be working out of one room. There will no longer be yoga and most spa services. If you have a yoga pass you will be contacted. If you have gift certificates they will be honored at the dollar amount for services we do offer. For the month of March our retail will be 50% off as well we have other items for sale due to the downsizing such as furniture, yoga and spa things. Feel free to check out items at your next apt or the door will be open Monday’s and Wednesday’s from 3-9pm. Our website will be updated soon. Thank you for your continued support.
